Program Lead at Effective Thesis (1 May Deadline)
We're currently looking for a Program Lead, on a contracting basis, to own, improve and scale how we deliver our core programs. The key focus will be the Accelerator - a program designed to help students develop high-impact theses and launch purposeful careers. This project sits at the intersection of educational program design and product thinking: you'll iterate on new formats to scale the program, deliver programs, talk to students and universities, and build toward something that can genuinely grow in impact and reach.
